We have an exciting opportunity in the Student Services department within West Highland College UHI. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Student Services Team, and in particular our Admissions & Funding Officer’s, to ensure a smooth and efficient service for students from enquiry through to Induction. 

Your main duties will include, creating and maintaining student records, co-ordinating all communications with students, assisting in the organisation of interview for students and liaising with the Funding officer in respect of student funding applications.

Ideally, you should have excellent written and communication skills with a focus on attention to detail, have strong ICT skills and a flexible approach to work. Importantly, you should have a willingness to learn and proactively contribute and participate in training to enhance your own personal development.

Hours: Fixed Term, Part-time, 18 hours per week (Monday-Friday mornings)

Salary: £17,495 per annum (pro-rata)
