We are looking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Customer Service, Information & Guidance Officer. The role will include working on a busy reception where you will be the welcoming face of West Highland College UHI for students, staff, customers and visitors.
In addition, the successful candidate will also be involved in a range of duties including providing accurate information and guidance to students on the courses and options available to them.
You should have previous experience of working in a busy front line customer services environment combined with extensive administrative experience and possess excellent IT skills, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Hours: Fixed Term, 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri- 9.00am - 3.30pm)
Salary: £16,963 per annum (pro-rata)
