As a Customer Liaison Officer you will be customer focused with good organisational skills. Working closely within a large professional team to deliver excellent customer service throughout the Roads and Amenity Service. You will be expected to help identify and implement improved communication methods, analyse patterns for complaints and FOIs and suggest improvements to help deliver a more streamline, efficient and customer focused service. You will be required to effectively manage information, build strong working relations and ensure information and assistance is provided as required in order to reach set response timescales and set goals.
This is a temporary position until 31st December 2020.Applicants should note that:- This post is not suitable for job share. This is a temporary post which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee’s director.
