Hourly Rate: £9.17 - £9.83
Salary: £17,702.33 - £18,975.66 pro rata per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent

Role Purpose

A flexible attitude and the ability to motivate and manage staff
Ability to work on own initiative
An up to date knowledge of good working practices and legislation relating to the catering industry
Numerical skills to aid cost effective management of the Unit
A high level of interpersonal skills
Good personal hygiene.


City and Guilds 706/2 or SVQ II Food Preparation & Cooking
Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post, as some units are only accessible by car as there is no public transport available.
