We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator at our new hatchery in Barcaldine, Argyll and Bute. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is highly motivated, efficient and pro-active to join a welcoming and professional team who provide valuable support to our business. The general duties of the Receptionist/Office Administrator include (but are not limited to): -

Manage and maintain a professional reception area
Greeting visitors in a professional manner
Co-ordination of customer visits and on-site meetings
Managing the company switchboard, directing calls accordingly
Maintaining stationery stock levels
Managing the post in/out
Assisting with the administration of health and safety;
Assisting with the administration of Learning and Development

You will be smart and professional, have excellent communication and be able to work well under pressure.
Please note that while the primary location for this role is Barcaldine, the successful applicant will be expected to cover at the South Shian office as needed - therefore, applicants must be able to travel between the two locations.
