A starting salary between £16,000 - £18,000,depending on your previous experience, which will rise by at least £500 when you’ve successfully completed your probation, you'll enjoy a 35 hour contract, with flexible shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, 24 days holiday with the option to buy more, flexible benefits, life assurance, and a generous pension scheme.

What you'll be doing
You’ll be doing more than just communicating. You’ll be using your in-depth knowledge of the Mortgage function - and wider business - to make accurate recommendations for each individual case.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a range of inbound calls
- Applying your expertise to advise our customers
- Efficiently resolving customer queries
- Ensuring our PRIDE values are applied
- Escalating dissatisfied customers when needed
