Base: Dumfries with some travel throughout the region.

• Support the whole business by ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available.

• Identify any opportunities for improvement and be involved in developing, implementing and sustaining improvements to customer service.

This role will be working with the Head of Improvement and Innovation and the successful candidate will Identify, introduce and present new and innovative ways to report and present data  across the organisation and to our customers.  With a passion and understanding of data analysis and utilising a “lean” approach, this is the opportunity for you to work across all Loreburn’s business areas to identify improvements and efficiencies within service areas.  By identifying areas of improvement you will also have a curious mindset that is able to spot opportunities for new innovation, working both on ideas generation, direct project delivery at different points of the innovation cycle as well as identifying and securing funding.   You will have the ability and desire to identify business opportunities to generate new and sustainable sources of funding and contribute to the successful development and delivery of Loreburn Corporate and Strategic plan.

 


You will have excellent communication and influencing skills along with a genuine desire to make a tangible difference to our customer’s everyday lives now and in the future. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in data science/business management
