What will I be doing?
As a Breakfast Supervisor for Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian, you are responsible for overseeing the department to deliver exceptional Guest and Team Member experiences in accordance with the True Waldorf Service Standards.
You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience
Supervise Breakfast operations
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Represent needs of the team
Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Be environmentally aware
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will work 5 days per week including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays.
What are we looking for?
Previous Food and Beverage supervisory experience, in high volume
Committed to delivering excpetional levels of service
Good communication skills
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
Previous experience in the luxury or full service hotel industry
Willingness to develop team members and self
Passion and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile

Contract - Permanent (39hrs per week)
Salary - £17,000 per annum + Hilton perks & benefits programme
