Our HR and OD Manager is looking for a motivated admin assistant to join our award winning team on a temporary basis until December 2019. Directly supporting the HR and OD Manager, the post holder will be exposed to the full breadth of activities undertaken by the team. This temporary post is an excellent opportunity for an established administrator to gain experience working in a busy HR/OD environment.
The successful candidate will understand the role HR has in organisational success and will be able to demonstrate proficiency in diary management, scheduling and data interrogation as well as excellent customer service.Applicants should note that: This post is suitable for job share. This is a temporary post which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee’s line manager.
