Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Fleet Administrator, your principal responsibility will be to administer lease agreements and associated invoicing, as well as providing a quality level of fleet administrative support.

The challenges of this position will require a person preferably with extensive administrative experience, ideally gained within a vehicle fleet – car dealership environment with some knowledge of contractual administrative processing. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team and have regular liaison with internal and external contacts. Consequently, well developed communication skills will be required, along with the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively.

Strong numeracy skills and a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office packages and their relevant application to our fleet system is expected. Also, you must be able to work on your own initiative and meet delegated process deadlines.
