To monitor and enforce the licensing systems established by the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 as well as the Smoking, Health and Social care Act 2005, the Gambling Act 2005 and the Smoking Prohibition (Children in Motor Vehicles)(Scotland) Act 2016.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
