We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to run Hotel Services across Skye and Lochalsh. Working in conjunction with the Senior Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the day to day management of catering and domestic provision in Portree and Broadford Hospitals, NHS GP and Dental premises.

You will be responsible for staff management as well as ordering supplies keeping to agreed budgets. In addition you will monitor and ensure safe standards of work in keeping with National and NHS Highland requirements.

Experience of cooking and domestic work is essential, or relevant experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Elementary Food Hygiene certificate is required, but if not then an agreement to undertake this course is essential.
