RAIGMORE HOSPITAL SURGIAL DIVISION HIGHLAND BREAST CENTRE ADVANCED PRACTITIONER IN MAMMOGRAPHY In either Breast Image Interpretation or Interventional Breast Biopsy, Band 7 or Band 6 while training BAND 7 Full Time, Permanent Post, Part time considered Band 7 Salary Scale £33,222 - £43,471, pro rata for part time hours Band 6 Salary Scale £28,050 - £37,010, pro rata for part time hours (whilst training, if training required) The North of Scotland Breast Unit seeks a highly self motivated, caring Advanced Practitioner Mammographer in either Image Interpretation of Interventional Breast Biopsy to join the team providing the Breast Screening and Symptomatic Service to a large are of the North of Scotland and the Western Isles. The successful applicant will be required to travel extensively throughout the area, working on the mobile unit, as well as working in the Integrated Highland Breast Centre. Preferably applicants should hold a qualification in Breast Image Interpretation or Interventional Breast Biopsy or be prepared to undertake the relevant training. Applicants should also hold either the Certificate of Competence in Mammography or PG certificate in Mammography. This post would be suitable for a qualified Mammographer with some experience in Mammography. A full driving licence is essential and access to a car for mobile work is desirable.
