Mini Bus Co-Ordinator PKC05150
£2,164 - £2,339 (4.5 hours/week)
Community Wing, St Andrew's Street, Alyth
The postholder will be responsible for:
•Handling Minibus bookings for the Community Minibus
•Maintaining Minibus Driver Control Sheet including driver documentation checks and MIDAS checks
•Checking Fortnightly Fuel Card Statement
•Completeing quarterly Fuel Recharge Return to ECS Finance
•Maintaining Minibus including making bus available to Friarton for periodic service inspections and Annual MOT, as well as arranging replacement vehicle
•Completing weekly routine Maintenance checks, including cleaning internally and regular external wash, also ensuring appropriate paperwork is available in minibus
•Ensuring that general booking information and rules covering the minibus use is kept up to date
•Keeping up to date with transport legislation affecting minibuses.
Requirements include Full Driving Licence with D1 entitlement, preferably MIDAS qualified, though training will be given. The successful candidate should be proficient in M/S Word and Excel Spreadsheet.
