Registry & School Professional Services provides management and support to key areas of the student journey and expert support to the activities of our Academic Schools. Registry is responsible for a wide range of institutional areas – from Registration, UKVI Compliance, Timetabling & Attendance Systems to Assessment & Exams through to Graduation. School Professional Services provides student and staff facing expert support across their range of activities, including research, CPD, Programme Support & Development and Transnational Activities.

The role holder will be a core member of the RPG Programme Team(s) working proactively in close partnership with the School Research Lead(s) for the effective management and enhancement of the students’ experience, providing expertise and knowledge, assisting with due monitoring and the production of student data to meet quality assurance standards. The role holder will also provide a flexible and professional support service in the student journey from enquiry through to Alumni.

The successful candidate should be educated to HND level or have equivalent relevant experience. The role is varied and will require the following: 

Demonstrable relevant administrative skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organisational skills, ability to maintain clear and accurate records and collate, organise and interpret data and produce reports. Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting workloads Evidence of working collaboratively as part of a team as well as the ability to work on own initiative. Experience of clerking meetings Evidence of identifying opportunities for improvement and developing and implementing best practice. Skilled user of relevant office systems and database packages

A working knowledge of Further/Higher Education, including the use of a student records system and experience of working in a student facing role is desirable.
