Location & Duration:

1 x Full Time, Permanent - Marischal College

1 x Full Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) - Woodside Housing Office



Job Purpose:

To provide a comprehensive and effective Housing Management Service

Requirements

The postholder must be prepared to:

Work occasional overtime

Responsibilities

The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

Proven experience of dealing with the public in both confrontational and sensitive situations

Proven ability to use a range of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office

Proven ability to produce accurate written pieces of work

Proven ability to work proactively and with limited direct supervision, while at the same time recognising when matters need to be referred to a more senior post

Proven ability dealing with difficult customers

Excellent communication skills both written & oral
