Registry Support Administrator
Part Time Post (18.5 hrs per week)
Fixed term appointment for 12 months
Salary range: £19,305 - £21,585 pro rata per annum

to detail important to you? Are you able to work independently and to
a high standard? Do you have excellent communication skills?


SAMS is seeking someone who can undertake the role of Registry
Support Administrator for students based at SAMS whilst navigating
the maze of higher education. You must be discrete and confidential,
able to plan ahead but also deal with competing priorities on a day to
day basis and be able to work on your own initiative.


Key aspects of the role will be to support registry activities including
the applications, enrolment, and registry of home and international
students, support administration of student information systems,
dealing with student-related requirements, working closely with
systems, processes and colleagues at UHI and other education
delivery partners as required.

The role will also assist in major education department events in both planning and during events.
The role is a student facing one therefore it is desirable that the post holder will potentially have experience of working with students or young people.

This role is part time shared role. However it is desirable that the post holder will have some flexibility to be able to assist in major Education Department events.
