The Tavern is a fifty seat bar and restaurant located in the vibrant tourist town of Fort William. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with maximising the full potential of the unit.
This will include standing in for the General Manager and assisting with all Relevant Paperwork, Staff Rota's, Staff Training, Placing Stock Orders, Financial Controls and ensuring that Sales Targets are met.
The Tavern is open seven days a week. Therefore you will be required to work five days out of seven. This will include evenings and share of weekends.
Remuneration will include the standard Government Pension Scheme, share of Gratuities, Monthly Salary and potential Bonus Scheme.
Experience in similar environment would be advantageous however not essential for the right candidate as full training and support will be provided. You might currently be working in the industry at present and looking for the next career progression or looking for a new challenge altogether.
You must be enthusiastic, self motivated, flexible and a good communicator who enjoys working with the public.
