Catering Jobs

People will always want to eat and very, very often they will want to eat food that they haven’t had to prepare themselves. Welcome to the wonderful world of catering.

It is amazing that one word can cover such a wide range of employment.  From school canteen to three Michelin stars, it is all catering.

And the incredible thing about catering is that if you have talent you will go far, regardless of any formal education.

All this industry asks is that you pass the necessary knowledge of hygiene tests. If you have talent and business flare you can be running your own successful business.

The majority of people in the trade will go down the traditional catering college route to gain qualifications and grow on their chosen career path, seeking employment in establishments where the kitchens have earned a good reputation and even prestige, to gain experience and rise through the ranks.
