The main role of the Night Porter is to ensure the health & safety and security of our guests. Duties will include late check ins, early departures and assisting guests as required. The shifts will be 3 nights on a rotational basis and additional shifts will be available to cover holidays.
Good salary offered depending on experience, share of tips and meal when on duty. ,
We are looking for a Chef-de-Partie and a Commis Chef to work within our brigade of chefs catering for quality Bistro food, fine Dining Restaurant, Functions & Events. Must have ability to work quickly and have high standards of cleanliness. Training will be provided.
