To coordinate an employee wellbeing support service to Council employees requiring help, support and advice on issues affecting them at work. To develop and maintain employee networks, and promote workplace wellbeing information and activities across all Council services. To provide insights on wellbeing and employee issues to inform HR priorities and workforce planning.

- Salary shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £2,742 per annum
- Permanent Full Time post for 37.0 Hours per Week , 52.18 weeks per year
- A relocation package does not apply to this post
- We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland
- You must have the ability to travel throughout Shetland at short notice and where public transport is limited
- We are happy to talk flexible working
