Every retail employer will give you training on how their operation works with its cash-handling, stock control and other operational procedure; they will even give you advice on sales technique but one thing that you alone will bring to the job is your own personality and natural empathy and those are the qualities which will make you shine and enjoy working in a team and meeting the public.
